Payee Express, Inc. is a non-profit corporation that assists disabled adults and others manage their finances.

Our Business

Payee Express, Inc. is a locally operated business that meets the needs of individuals in the Oklahoma, Pottowatomie and Seminole counties.  We plan to expand our coverage area to include Cleveland, McClain, Okfuskee, Muskogee, Cherokee, Sequoyah, Lincoln, Craig, Mayes, McIntosh, Hughes, Pontotoc, Garfield, Pittsburg, Tulsa and Wagoner counties in the near future.

Who We Are

Payee Express, Inc. is a 501 (c) 3 non profit organization that has  board members and an Executive Director who manages the day to day business affairs of the corporation.  The business started as a result to seeing the need for payee services in the local community.  Many individuals need extra support to pay their monthly rent and other obligations in a timely manner. 

Angela Church is the Executive Director of Payee Express, Inc., and has worked managing finances for mutltiple for profit businesses and has a strong background in education as well.  As an aware and caring professional, Angela understands the varied needs of individuals in need of bill paying services.
